PURCHASES

Order Processing

BlouinShop may, in its sole discretion, choose not to process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances.

This may occur, for example, when the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances BlouinShop deems appropriate in its sole discretion. BlouinShop also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. BlouinShop will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.

Return Policy

The right of withdrawal (14 days) is applicable only to European Union countries.

BlouinShop accepts returns on certain merchandise on a case-by-case basis.

The return of a product purchased through Blouinshop is subject to specific supplier, manufacturer or distributors policies and restrictions some of which may provide limited or no return of products. Refer to the specific supplier information. 

Items from Centre Pompidou:

You have a period of fourteen working days from receipt of goods to change you mind. In this case, you can be paid off by our customer service (costs of return excepted).

You will soon receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail. You may then return the items within 14 days in their original product packaging in salable condition and mail them in an appropriate size shipping box with the following your bank details in order to be paid off.

Items from Other Criteria:

Please note that if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Other Criteria you may cancel your order within seven working days after delivery (starting the day after you receive the products). To exercise this right you must give us notice by email (customerservice@blouinshop.com) before the end of the seven day period and you must return the products to us in accordance with the steps for return set out below. Your cancellation right applies to any products you order from us, except for personalised products (such as prints framed to your specification) and to any digital items, unless there is an error on our part or because a product is damaged or defective.
Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please email us. Please provide your customer order number and the date of your order in this email.
Orders are generally processed immediately (although please do allow 28 days for delivery once we have accepted your order, as referred to above) so we may have already prepared your order and arranged for it to be despatched (if it has not already been despatched). As a result, we may not be able to stop the order from being sent. If this is the case, once you receive the products you will have to return them to us in accordance with the following returns procedure, which also applies generally to products which you have received and you would like to return:
Returns - Step 1.
Email us (customerservice@blouinshop.com)  within the above time limits. Please provide full details of the customer order number and the products which are being returned. We will then email you with a returns number and Returns Form. Any notice given by you after the time limits shall not be effective to entitle you to return your products or receive a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returned products which have been personalised or which we reasonably believe have been used.
Returns - Step 2.
Once you have contacted us and have a returns number, please complete the Returns Form we have provided, including a brief deion of the products being returned, original customer order number and returns number. Please retain the Customer Copy of the Returns Form for your records. Returns - Step 3.

You must take reasonable care to ensure returned products are received by us and are not damaged in transit, bearing in mind the nature and value of the product. Other Criteria accepts no liability if you return products by any method other than a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt). In any event, Other Criteria accepts no liability in respect of returned products unless and until such returned products have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging, and which we reasonably believe have not been used. Please make sure that the returned package is properly secured, that you have enclosed the necessary Returns Form and the original despatch note which was included in the delivery to you.
You must retain the recorded delivery receipt for your own purposes in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the products by recorded delivery. This will be required by us only in the unlikely event that the products are not successfully returned despite being sent by recorded delivery.
Returns - Step 4.
After the returned items have arrived at our Returns Department, they will be examined and the appropriate refund will be calculated.
You are entitled to reject the products if there is an error on our part or because any product is damaged or defective and we will refund you: the price you paid for the products which you have returned to us (inclusive of the initial delivery charge, or if part of a larger order, the standard per item delivery charge); and the return recorded delivery costs for the return carriage of the product from the original delivery point to Other Criteria (provided that you enclose a valid till receipt indicating such return recorded delivery costs).
In all other instances, if you return products in accordance with our above returns procedures then we will refund you the price you paid for the products that you have returned to us (inclusive of the initial delivery charge, or if part of a larger order, the standard per item delivery charge), but we will not refund the return recorded delivery costs for the return carriage of the products to our Returns Department.
Please note that we cannot accept returned products that are not in their original condition and in their original packaging, or which we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, no refund will be available, and you will be responsible for arranging for such products to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification to you that we will not process a refund in respect of such products.
Returns - Step 5
We will process the applicable refund and notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
We will so process the returned products and any applicable refund within 30 days after our receipt of your notice of cancellation.
We will refund any such applicable refund by crediting your credit/debit card (as applicable).
If you cancel your order but do not return such products to us within 21 days we shall be entitled to recover such products from you and to charge you for the direct costs of recovering such products. You should note that these charges (which may be deducted from any refund) could be greater than the cost of you returning the products to us and may exceed the price you have paid for the products. Until such products are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the products safely and in appropriate conditions
Your statutory rights remain unaffected by our Cancellation and Returns Procedures.


Items from Royal Academy of Arts:

We want you to be delighted with your online purchase, so if your goods are unwanted for any reason, please let us know you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery. You must then return the unwanted goods, unused and in original packaging, within 14 days of cancellation to: please contact customerservice@blouinshop.com We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or obtain a Certificate of Posting, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches the RAE. Customers who are consumers as defined by the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentenschutzgesetz - KSchG) may without giving reasons withdraw their order within 14 days after receipt of the ordererd goods. The withdrawal is effective if the withdrawal notice is sent by e-mail to customerservice@blouinshop.com. Upon timely receipt of a withdrawal notice from a Customer Blouinshop within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice will reimburse the Costumer for the purchase price by way of credit towards the credit card or bank account used for payment. Blouinshop may withhold all or part of the reimbursement until the goods have been duly returned. The Customer without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after submission of the withdrawal notice has to return the received goods in unused and undamaged condition with a shipping method that allows tracking. Postage of returns and any customs, taxes and fees for customs clearance in connection with returns have to be borne by the Costumer. No returns with unpaid postage will be accepted. Blouinshop charges and deducts from the refund of purchase price an appropriate compensation for depreciation in value for any returned goods which may not be, including the undamaged packaging, re-sold as new. The same applies to goods returned with accessories missing. Costumers who are not consumers as defined by the Austrian Costumer Protection Act do not have a right of withdrawal. Costum made products are excluded from the rights of withdrawal. Please note that our return policy applies to costumers in the European Union only. Sales to costumers who are not consumers and sales to consumers in third countries are final.

If the content of your order is incorrect, or if it arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including any original shipping costs. In the case of a return made for reasons other than a damaged or incorrect delivery, the purchaser bears only the total shipping costs but gets a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund, please return your item/s to us within 14 days of the delivery date and in the same condition you received it. In case of dissatisfaction, the goods can be resumed within a period of 7 days from the date of purchase. After this time, the product can be exchange or credit can be offered (fee back to the customer)

You shall notify your whish to send back the watches to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The Customer will be liable for any decrease in the value of the product if the deterioration is caused by a use beyond the ordinary quality inspection and functional testing of the product. «Quality inspection and functional testing» is understood to mean the testing of the product as one would usually do in a retail outlet. Consequently, if the product is damaged, BlouinShop will deduct the cost of refurbishment or replacement from the refund.

The return period, if you wish to cancel a purchase, is 7 (14 days for European countries) working days from the day you receive the goods, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned in the condition in which they were sold. Shipping costs however will not be refunded.

All sales are final. Anna Hu Haute Joaillerie provides repair service for 1 year after purchase date. Repair services include resizing and plating, but exclude repair for missing or damaged stones. Client is responsible for shipping item(s) to Anna Hu Haute Joaillerie and Anna Hu Haute Joaillerie will return repaired products to client free of charge.

Costumers have the right to cancel and return orders within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification.

In case of a return we expect to receive the item in its original packaging.  The Product must be returned to us undamaged and in the same state in which it was sold. Costumers will be accountable for all applying costs.

The Buyer may cancel any order for Goods for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. The Buyer may cancel any Contract for Services at any time before seven working days has passed from the day after the Contract was made and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. If, however, the Supplier starts to perform its side of the Contract with the agreement of the Buyer before the Buyer exercises this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract for Goods and receive a refund by informing the Supplier via email within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.  The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer.

Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense within 28 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Supplier shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Supplier on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Although our return rate is low, sometimes our air purifiers do not work out for customers. You can return or exchange an air purifier or any accessory within 90 days of delivery as part of our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee.

All we require is that the air purifier or accessory is returned in a ""like-new"" condition, with all the parts wrapped (Wall Mount Bracket, remote, manual, etc.) securely in the original packaging.

Once our team has received and inspected the returned product, we will either provide a full refund or proceed with an exchange.

We aim to deliver within 2 days in the UK, 3 days in Europe and North America and 5 days elsewhere. You will be provided with a tracking number when your parcel is sent.

Orders under £50, €55 or $65 are subject to a delivery charge of:

Returning goods within The Netherlands is free of charge. After filling out the returns & exchange form, we will send you a DPD return label.

When returning goods from another country, the costs for returning the item(s) to us will be at your expense. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery. The parcel is your responsibility untill it reaches our warehouse.

The Van Gogh Museum Online Shop shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible then we will credit the total order amount to your method of payment within 30 days.

If you are returning your order we will refund you the total order amount excluding the costs for the return shipment.

Footwear should be returned unmarked and in its original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.

Returning Goods from Non-EU Countries:-

 

If you are living outside the EU, you will also have received a Proforma Invoice with your package. This needs to be completed and enclosed with the items you wish to return. The customer will have to present the product for which they have exercised its withdrawal to the courier on the date and time agreed. 7.5   In accordance to article 54 co. 4 of the Italian Consumer Code, the customer is charged with the burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer will also be responsible for the timely return of the goods according to the provisions referred to in paragraphs 7.2 or 7.3.

7.6   In case of withdrawal, the customer will be refunded all payments made in favor of Belsire Milan in relation to the product for which the withdrawal has been exercised, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from the eventual choice of Special Delivery types described in paragraph 5.3). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Flore Falcinelli offers for sale on Blouinshop original and unique works. His works are also available for sale at the Lecchi workshop, located at 12 rue Saint Bernard in Paris, as well as at special gallery exhibitions. We inform Blouinshop of any unavailability of a work as quickly as possible. In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we undertake to inform you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. Flore Falcinelli declines any responsibility in case of unavailability of a work. Shipments of Flore Falcinelli's works are made by DHL express. Customs and transport charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Any order placed between Friday after 15h and Sunday will be treated the following Monday from 16h. Any defect or delay in delivery exceeding 8 working days must be reported to our customer service by e-mail or telephone.

If you are If you are unhappy with the MACK product you purchase on on the BlouinShop website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs). 1.1. Shipping costs
As part of the ordering procedure, you will be asked to select your preferred shipment method.
Delivery costs vary depending on the value of your order and the shipment method you select:

Ground: allow between three (3) to seven (7) business days between the date of your order and your date of delivery.

Overnight: your order must reach Lalique before 1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).  It will be delivered the following business day.  This overnight option is not available for addresses in Hawaii and Alaska.  Please contact our customer service department to confirm this option.
We will inform you of the shipping costs for the shipment method you will have selected in the order summary displayed on the Website before you confirm your order.  This amount will be payable by you in addition to the purchase price, including all applicable taxes, of the products ordered.
1.2. Time required for delivery
During the ordering procedure, we will inform you of the time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the products purchased.
1.3. Delivery Problems
Any failure to deliver or any delivery exceeding eight (8) business days should be reported to Lalique’s customer service, as soon as possible, by using the contact information set forth in Section 2 (Parties to the Contract, Customer Service and Warranty Claims).  For your claim to be valid, you must notify Lalique’s customer service not later than thirty (30) calendar days following the date of confirmation of shipping your order by Lalique.
Upon delivery, you should confirm that the delivered products match those that you ordered.  If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g., open package, damaged products, etc.) and notify Lailque’s customer service immediately.
If the products do not conform to your order or if you are not satisfied with them, you may return them, exchange them or request a refund pursuant to the stipulations and conditions contained in Section 12 (Returns & Refunds).
2 | Applicable Law; Jurisdiction
By using the Website or purchasing products through the Website, you agree that the laws of the state of New Jersey shall govern said actions as well as these Terms and Conditions without giving effect to any conflict of laws rules or principles.  All actions or proceedings arising directly or indirectly therefrom or related hereto shall be litigated only in the courts of Bergen County in the State of New Jersey.  Lalique and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have the right to exchange or return an item (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and perfect condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt.

When returning or exchanging items you will have to pay all shipping costs. Original shipping cost or the return shipping cost will be repayed.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so the item(s) won't be damaged during transport.

We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by SOUTH LANE.

Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we have received the returned products.

How to return an item:

2. Fill out the return form that will be sent to you and send the item back together with the return form.

3. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit your original payment method.

How to exchange an item:

1. Always contact us at customer@south-lane.com if you want to exchange an item. This is to make sure the new item is reserved for you. If you don't you risk that the item you want is sold out before we can register the exchange.

2. Fill out the return form and send the item back together with the return form to the address below.

3. When we have received the item and approved the return we will send you the new item.

If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account stated on the return form.

If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference by credit card.

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is faulty you may return the item free of charge. Contact us by email within 14 days after receiving the item. If the item is faulty or if we have shipped an incorrect item we will send you a new item free of charge. If the replacement item is sold out or unavailable you can exchange it for another item or we will issue a full refund.

DAMAGED GOODS

All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us.

Items from Mismo:

Return of New products:

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to return the product because of a claim, simply return the item to Mismo within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging (with hangtags, etc.). We recommend shipping the goods with a courier service that is easily tracked since the sender incurs the return shipping expenses. Returned products are the sender’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We will process returns shortly after receiving the package and notify you of further procedure via email. Once your returned item(s) has successfully been received, examined, and approved by Mismo, the purchase price will be refunded to your account (taxes, customs, duties, shipping costs, etc, which have been added after the purchase was made at www.mismo.dk will not be refunded). Please note that we do not accept packages sent by COD (Cash on Delivery).

Return of used items (claims):

If, for any reason, you wish to raise a claim on a purchased item, send your claim instead directly to support@mismo.dk with any relevant details you can include about the claim(for example pictures). The original invoice must always be included to confirm that the return is within this the allotted timeframe. All goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We will examine your claim, and determine if it is due to: Natural Wear and Tear, Improper Use, Third-Party Interference, Natural Disasters, or damage unrelated to production or quality, in which case we will not replace or fix. If applicable, we will offer to fix the claim or replace it with a new product if it is in stock. Fixing the product will always be the first option reviewed and we will inform you of our decision. Please note that packages can take up to 21 days to be delivered. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Items from Iris Van Herpen:

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

 RECEIVING YOUR RMA:

 Explicitly state the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why.

 If you like to exchange an item because the fit isnt right, tell us the replacement size.:

 To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used.

 DSRs:

 If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order.

 You must notify customer care in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order.

On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, customer care will email you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will send you a returns pro forma invoice to include it with your return so we can process your refund promptly.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at Iris van Herpen BV, Van Diemenstraat 410 suite 1.23  1013 CR  Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.

We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order, as described above..
