PURCHASES

Order Processing

BlouinShop may, in its sole discretion, choose not to process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances.

This may occur, for example, when the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances BlouinShop deems appropriate in its sole discretion. BlouinShop also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. BlouinShop will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.

Return Policy

The right of withdrawal (14 days) is applicable only to European Union countries.

BlouinShop accepts returns on certain merchandise on a case-by-case basis.

The return of a product purchased through Blouinshop is subject to specific supplier, manufacturer or distributors policies and restrictions some of which may provide limited or no return of products. Refer to the specific supplier information. 

Items from Centre Pompidou:

You have a period of fourteen working days from receipt of goods to change you mind. In this case, you can be paid off by our customer service (costs of return excepted).

Items from Artemest:

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can safely return it within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. We do not charge any restocking fees.The return process is straightforward: contact customerservice@blouinshop.com and we will guide and assist you step by step. Once the return process has been explained, you will have to contact the courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. Please remember that we can not accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you. You can ship the product back in its original packaging, with a courier of your choice. The return shipping and import duties back to Italy (if any) will be sustained by the customer.

Once the products reach our warehouse and are confirmed to be in the same state they were initially shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The revocation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right to revoke, you must inform us (customerservice@blouinshop.com )of your decision to revoke this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail). You may use the attached model revocation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to revoke before the revocation period has expired.

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract

Items from Other Criteria:

Please note that if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Other Criteria you may cancel your order within seven working days after delivery (starting the day after you receive the products). To exercise this right you must give us notice by email (customerservice@blouinshop.com) before the end of the seven day period and you must return the products to us in accordance with the steps for return set out below. Your cancellation right applies to any products you order from us, except for personalised products (such as prints framed to your specification) and to any digital items, unless there is an error on our part or because a product is damaged or defective.

Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please email us. Please provide your customer order number and the date of your order in this email.

Orders are generally processed immediately (although please do allow 28 days for delivery once we have accepted your order, as referred to above) so we may have already prepared your order and arranged for it to be despatched (if it has not already been despatched). As a result, we may not be able to stop the order from being sent. If this is the case, once you receive the products you will have to return them to us in accordance with the following returns procedure, which also applies generally to products which you have received and you would like to return:

Returns - Step 1.

Email us (customerservice@blouinshop.com)  within the above time limits. Please provide full details of the customer order number and the products which are being returned. We will then email you with a returns number and Returns Form. Any notice given by you after the time limits shall not be effective to entitle you to return your products or receive a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returned products which have been personalised or which we reasonably believe have been used.

Returns - Step 2.

Once you have contacted us and have a returns number, please complete the Returns Form we have provided, including a brief description of the products being returned, original customer order number and returns number. Please retain the Customer Copy of the Returns Form for your records.

Returns - Step 3.

Return the products, properly and securely packaged, to the following address by recorded delivery:

You must take reasonable care to ensure returned products are received by us and are not damaged in transit, bearing in mind the nature and value of the product. Other Criteria accepts no liability if you return products by any method other than a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature upon receipt). In any event, Other Criteria accepts no liability in respect of returned products unless and until such returned products have been received by us in their original condition and in their original packaging, and which we reasonably believe have not been used. Please make sure that the returned package is properly secured, that you have enclosed the necessary Returns Form and the original despatch note which was included in the delivery to you.

You must retain the recorded delivery receipt for your own purposes in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the products by recorded delivery. This will be required by us only in the unlikely event that the products are not successfully returned despite being sent by recorded delivery.

Returns - Step 4.

After the returned items have arrived at our Returns Department, they will be examined and the appropriate refund will be calculated.

You are entitled to reject the products if there is an error on our part or because any product is damaged or defective and we will refund you:

the price you paid for the products which you have returned to us (inclusive of the initial delivery charge, or if part of a larger order, the standard per item delivery charge); and

the return recorded delivery costs for the return carriage of the product from the original delivery point to Other Criteria (provided that you enclose a valid till receipt indicating such return recorded delivery costs).

In all other instances, if you return products in accordance with our above returns procedures then we will refund you the price you paid for the products that you have returned to us (inclusive of the initial delivery charge, or if part of a larger order, the standard per item delivery charge), but we will not refund the return recorded delivery costs for the return carriage of the products to our Returns Department.

Please note that we cannot accept returned products that are not in their original condition and in their original packaging, or which we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, no refund will be available, and you will be responsible for arranging for such products to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification to you that we will not process a refund in respect of such products.

Returns - Step 5

We will process the applicable refund and notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

We will so process the returned products and any applicable refund within 30 days after our receipt of your notice of cancellation.

We will refund any such applicable refund by crediting your credit/debit card (as applicable).

If you cancel your order but do not return such products to us within 21 days we shall be entitled to recover such products from you and to charge you for the direct costs of recovering such products. You should note that these charges (which may be deducted from any refund) could be greater than the cost of you returning the products to us and may exceed the price you have paid for the products. Until such products are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the products safely and in appropriate conditions

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by our Cancellation and Returns Procedures.

The customer has the right of return products to BlouinShop without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days of notification of the decision to withdraw. The client shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The product must be returned following the instructions of the seller and in particular include all accessories shipped. In case of withdrawal from the client, the seller agrees to refund the full amount paid, excluding shipping costs without undue delay and in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day where the seller is informed that the client will be withdrawn.

No returns accepted.

Items from Ivorypress :

Items may be returned only if they are damaged upon arrival or if the incorrect item has been delivered. Costs of returning the item and shipping costs will be reimbursed once we have received the return. You must first contact us by email customerservice@blouinshop.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number before returning your items.

 

Items from 1001 Remedies :

Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your Product for the Product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.

In the event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.

You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the Products back to the warehouse.

Should a Product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, We will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent Products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt to process any refund or exchange. Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by us. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

We will do our best to process returns within 15 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.

 

Items from Anna Hu:

All sales are final. Anna Hu Haute Joaillerie provides repair service for 1 year after purchase date. Repair services include resizing and plating, but exclude repair for missing or damaged stones. Client is responsible for shipping item(s) to Anna Hu Haute Joaillerie and Anna Hu Haute Joaillerie will return repaired products to client free of charge.

 

Items from Aspen:

Artist Designed and Consignment pieces are not eligble for return or exchange. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the Customer Service (customerservice@blouinsho.com) within 5 business days for instructions and a refund. Refunds will be issued for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date (excluding shipping charges). Items from Derive:

Costumers have the right to cancel and return orders within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification. In case of a return we expect to receive the item in its original packaging. The Product must be returned to us undamaged and in the same state in which it was sold. Costumers will be accountable for all applying costs.

 

Items from Dr Russo Skincare:

The Buyer may cancel any order for Goods for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. The Buyer may cancel any Contract for Services at any time before seven working days has passed from the day after the Contract was made and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. If, however, the Supplier starts to perform its side of the Contract with the agreement of the Buyer before the Buyer exercises this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost.

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Supplier via email within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Supplier within 28 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Supplier shall be responsible for the recovery of the Goods from the Buyer within 28 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) if the Goods are in fact defective.

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract for Goods and receive a refund by informing the Supplier via email within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods. The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of software, audio or visual recordings if these have been unsealed by the Consumer.

Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense within 28 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Supplier shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Supplier on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

The return period, if you wish to cancel a purchase, is 7 (14 days for European countries) working days from the day you receive the goods, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned in the condition in which they were sold. Shipping costs however will not be refunded.

Unused items in saleable condition, purchased, may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Customer Service Department for a Lyon Béton Return Merchandise Authorization Number, as you will be required to write this number on the box when mailing it back to Lyon Béton. The following details will usually be required: precise contact details, product description(s), reasons for returning the item(s), invoice or delivery slip number for the items described. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the goods, the original method of payment will be credited. Please note that all sale items are final sale.

If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact the Customer Service Department and they will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.

If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to Lyon Béton by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded.

Order cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.

Please contact us within 7 days (14 days for EU countries) of receipt should you wish to return an item. All items can be returned, however they are required to be returned promptly and in the same condition, preferably with the same shippers.

1 Right of withdrawal: All Odekerken Photography artwork products are made according to the custom specifications of the buyer. For this reason all products of Odekerken Photography are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

2: Compliance

- Seller warrants that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications listed in the offer and the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability.

- Photographic artifacts, small inclusions or other small variations carry no right to compensation or cancellation.

Client may return the product within 15 days of purchase.

No reimbursement is possible without the original packaging and a copy invoice.

We only accept complete, undamaged returns in the original packaging.

 

Items from Rabbit Air:

Although our return rate is low, sometimes our air purifiers do not work out for customers. You can return or exchange an air purifier or any accessory within 90 days of delivery as part of our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee.

All we require is that the air purifier or accessory is returned in a "like-new" condition, with all the parts wrapped (Wall Mount Bracket, remote, manual, etc.) securely in the original packaging.

Once our team has received and inspected the returned product, we will either provide a full refund or proceed with an exchange.

We accept returns up to 7 days (14 days for Europe website) after the item was received. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Returns can be initiated within 7 days (14 days for European countries) of delivery by contacting BlouinShop.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for this item.

Additional notes from dealer: 100% of the item price and initial shipping costs will be refunded. We offer a refund for the full value of an item once it is shipped back and it arrived in comparable condition to how we shipped it. We prefer to be notified before the item will be returned so our logistics department is aware of the return. We hope you understand that the shipping costs will have to be taken care of by you, our valued customer.

Upon timely receipt of a withdrawal notice from a Customer Blouinshop within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice will reimburse the Costumer for the purchase price by way of credit towards the credit card or bank account used for payment. Blouinshop may withhold all or part of the reimbursement until the goods have been duly returned. The Customer without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after submission of the withdrawal notice has to return the received goods in unused and undamaged condition with a shipping method that allows tracking. Postage of returns and any customs, taxes and fees for customs clearance in connection with returns have to be borne by the Costumer. No returns with unpaid postage will be accepted. Blouinshop charges and deducts from the refund of purchase price an appropriate compensation for depreciation in value for any returned goods which may not be, including the undamaged packaging, re-sold as new. The same applies to goods returned with accessories missing. Costumers who are not consumers as defined by the Austrian Costumer Protection Act do not have a right of withdrawal. Costum made products are excluded from the rights of withdrawal. Please note that our return policy applies to costumers in the European Union only. Sales to costumers who are not consumers and sales to consumers in third countries are final.

You shall notify your whish to send back the watches to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The Customer will be liable for any decrease in the value of the product if the deterioration is caused by a use beyond the ordinary quality inspection and functional testing of the product. «Quality inspection and functional testing» is understood to mean the testing of the product as one would usually do in a retail outlet. Please note that items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please customerservice@blouinshop.com as soon as possible. A return code will be provided along with shipping instructions. All merchandise must be returned unused in its original condition with all tickets attached with a copy of your invoice with reason for return. All orders must be received back within 14 days of the receipt of goods for a refund. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and merchandise that is found to be damaged may not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. We will send a confirmation email that your credit card has been refunded within 5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. We will accept items for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit via email. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Please note that sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 Product and Service Availability

 BlouinShop cannot guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day-to-day. In rare cases, a product or service offering may be in stock when a customer places the order, and sold out by the time BlouinShop attempts to process the order. Should this happen, BlouinShop will notify you by email. Service offerings that are out-of-stock generally are no longer available.

Shipping

Our policy regarding shipping may change from time to time.

The shipping of a product purchased through Blouinshop is subject to specific supplier, manufacturer or distributors policies. Refer to the specific supplier information. 

Items from Centre Pompidou:

For items deliverable on different dates according to availability, the Centre Pompidou reserves the right to split the consignment.

Average delivery time for metropolitan France is 3 days.

If shipment is delayed, BlouinShop will so notify the customer by e-mail. In any event, in accordance with legal provisions, if shipment is delayed by more than 30 days after the date of purchase, customers can cancel their order.

In that case, if the product is received after the Customer has cancelled the order, the Centre Pompidou will refund the product subject to the Customer providing proof (from the post office or the carrier), upon receipt of the product by the Centre Pompidou, complete and in its original condition. Customers must attach to the return a document proving the cost of the return shipment.

They must notify the carrier and the Centre Pompidou of all reservations regarding the delivered product (damaged package, already open, etc.). In such cases, customers benefit from an exchange or a refund for the delivered product.

The applicable cost of postage and packing, stated when the order was placed, depends on the weight of the parcel and the place of delivery.

This will guarantee your order reaches you in perfect conditions.

Items from Auctionata:

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Auctionata will ship the sold items to the purchaser and the purchaser will pay the costs of shipping and shipping insurance.

The delivery period shall be 14 days after receipt of payment in the case of deliveries within the EU, and 21 days for deliveries to countries outside the EU. Delivery periods can be postponed, especially in case of goods which are related to the protection of species and cultural assets, because of official requirements for the ex- and import (for example export and import licenses). Auctionata shall not be liable for delays based on aforementioned circumstances. It is at the expense of a buyer, if a successful delivery to the buyer is not possible due to import regulations. This means that the buyer has to ensure before the conclusion of a purchase agreement with Auctionata that import regulations do not interfere a successful delivery.

PACKAGE SIGNATURE

Your delivery will require a signature upon receipt of order. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address. If you are unavailable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a delivery card with contact information for delivery. It will detail the amount of time you have to arrange redelivery or collection before the parcel is returned to us.

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us you will be required to pay for the redelivery. Should the order be cancelled the refund will be processed minus the original cost of shipping incurred. Free delivery is only available on claimed packages.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Please ensure your address is completed correctly and a valid phone number is available at order. We do not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered item if the address is incorrect. A new delivery will not be dispatched until the original order is delivered back to us.

If your order is returned to us the cost of redelivery must be paid before it is dispatched again.

LOST AND UNDELIVERED ITEMS

The delivery service we use considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for UK orders and 21 days for International orders.

Often parcels don’t take this amount of time, however, please note we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed.
