Now that summer is on us, we look forward to days on the beach. The sea, the beach and the sun are always a great inspiration for our wardrobes and our homes to get the vibes of the season. The sand color is not only basic, but also an elegant and chic choice to make this season.

Taking a look at your home, the Tomas Alonso collection aims to revitalize the timeless aesthetic and highlight the quality of the best design masters, by presenting a foretaste of the upcoming Vaalbeek residence — an in-depth refurbishment and redesign of a modest forest-edge house in Belgium. He combines an elegant functionality that transforms elementary elements into contemporary design items. He has redesigned them in order to revive the splendor of the historic property.

“Bed of Rest” from Armand-Albert Rateau, circa 1920, in beechwood, is composed of two laterally supported base on four feet in olive-shape sculpted of gadroons and crosses. The structure is firmly drawn with a large grooved belt. Crosses are the only detail and are a sign of Rateau’s mannerism.

The bicycle by Martone Cycling is the perfect transport for the summer, to keep you in shape while pedaling against the summer breeze.

For the fashion selection, the trimmed “Faux Raffia Hat — Sand” by Eugenia Kim is a perfect accessory for the sun-soaked holidays. Its wide brim will keep your face covered, while the open top provides extra breathability. It’s made from faux raffia and trimmed a grosgrain band patterned with black brush strokes. The wool and silk-blend wide-leg pants in sand by Choé is what every woman needs. It holds its shape and resists wrinkling. This puzzle textured-leather cardholder by Loewe is a cult piece. The cardholder is made by talented creators from Spain who paint each edge with detail. It’s equipped with four slots and a compartment in the middle.
